CHEF PAUL SARTORY
Chef Paul Sartory began his cooking career after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in upstate NY at the age of 20.

As a young man Paul studied with Alain Ducasse in Monaco and ran the American Bounty Restaurant at the CIA New York campus.
​
He spent the following 3 decades opening high profile restaurants around the u.s. and teaching for the CIA in Hyde Park, Napa and San Antonio.
​
Paul has had the honor of representing the United States at The Bocuse D’ Or. Founded by the late, great iconic chef, Paul Bocuse, the Bocuse D' Or is considered to be the most prestigious cooking competition in the world.

Other highlights of his career include opening the CIA’s Wine Spectator Restaurant in Napa Valley and running the kitchens of America’s top two country clubs, The Cherokee Town and Country Club of Atlanta and The Belle Meade of Nashville.
