Cold smoked & thinly sliced with pickled shaved cucumber, red onion, pumpernickel rye

& horseradish cream. $13 GF Optional

for supper:

CHARCOAL GRILLED LAMB SIRLOIN!

Served with rosemary scented red wine lamb jus. Accompanied by gratin potatoes, tomato confit

& sautéed medley of OK garden greens

with toasted garlic. $38 gf

or

PASTA PRIMAVERA! 

Fresh fettuccine tossed in cream with parmesan reggiano, pine nuts & a plethora of garden vegetables - asparagus, broccolini, peas, mushrooms, zucchini, sugar snap peas, basil & cherry tomatoes. Accompanied by Continuity Farms’ lettuce

dressed in preserved lemon vinaigrette. $29
 

for dessert:

blackberry mille-feuille

crispy puff pastry layered with vanilla bean

pastry cream, blackberry jam & fresh berries. $12

flourless chocolate-almond torte

served warm with sour cream ice cream $12
